Carrier Information

Funzone is a carrier-billed subscription. The weekly price is charged directly to your mobile account by your network operator - there is no card payment and no separate app store purchase.

The total price is CHF 15 per week on both networks. The difference is only in how the charge is presented on your bill: Sunrise bills a single weekly charge, while Salt splits it into three charges of CHF 5 within the week. The subscription renews automatically each week until you cancel.

How carrier billing works

• When you confirm your subscription, the charge is added to your mobile bill (post-paid) or deducted from your balance (pre-paid).
• All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and are shown clearly before you subscribe.
• Any data or connection costs charged by your mobile network operator are not part of the Service price and remain your responsibility.
• Access to the Service is limited to customers of participating Swiss mobile carriers.

Cancelling your subscription

To cancel, send STOP to 995 at any time. SMS (MO) is charged according to your tariff plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are granted for unused periods unless required by law.

Requirements & eligibility

You must be the subscriber / account holder and at least 18 years old, or have the explicit consent of the subscriber / account holder. Your mobile phone must support internet access and be able to send and receive SMS.
